The Executives in Residence program aims to connect University of Dallas students with executive mentors to help them navigate the transition from student to employee. Mentors help educate students about the types of industries and jobs available, provide practical wisdom, practice interviewing skills, and even celebrate job offers with their mentees.
Randy Muck is a former managing director at Accenture and the founding member of the Executives in Residence program. Since 2016, Muck has mentored 10 undergraduate students in the Gupta College of Business. Read more about his experience as a mentor.
Doug is a proud alum of the University of Dallas (B.A. Political Philosophy). He is the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at Sabre (a $3B travel technology company) and has over 20 years of HR leadership experience. He lives in Las Colinas with his wife and children and enjoys discovering new restaurants, classical music, traveling and more.
Dennis Behrman is a Dallas-based marketing executive with expertise and experience growing software startups from their early stage to maturity and acquisition. He has a passion for servant leadership and is committed to helping the next generation of business leaders develop the confidence, communication skills, and practical problem-solving skills necessary for career success.
Andrew Ellison, current director of the St. Ambrose Center for Catholic Liberal Education and Culture, will move to a new role on March 1.
